HealthHero is hiring a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our EAP Clinical Team, based in Glasgow. You will play a key role in simplifying healthcare and improving lives by conducting initial clinical assessments and triage, primarily via telephone and video. The role is integrated into our Support Line Team and focuses on nights and weekends.
What You'll Do
- Carry out Initial Clinical Assessments and Triage of client needs to determine appropriate clinical pathways.
- Deliver support via Booked Assessment Appointments, In The Moment Support, or Booked Single Sessions via telephone and/or video calls.
- Carry out Risk Assessments and follow the Safeguarding and Risk Protocol process.
- Manage a caseload of clients requiring Structured Counselling, dependent on contractual hours and service needs.
- Write brief, accurate, and concise clinical notes of all interactions.
- Be integrated into the Support Line Team.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: £26,000 to £30,000 based on full-time hours of 37.5 per week. Part-time hours are pro rata.

This is a hybrid position based in Glasgow.
