Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Estimator - Data Center Construction to join our team supporting a high-profile client's extensive construction portfolio. In this role, you will provide estimating and cost management services for a multi-billion-dollar program of work, including large-scale data center campuses, new greenfield facilities, and major expansions.

What You'll Do

Prepare detailed construction estimates and cost plans across all project stages, from concept through detailed design.
Perform quantity takeoffs and cost checks for complex, multi-package scopes of work.
Support bid reviews by analyzing contractor proposals, performing comparative assessments, and preparing recommendations.
Contribute to benchmarking efforts by maintaining and applying cost data and historical metrics across the broader program.
Participate in value engineering workshops and help identify practical cost-optimization opportunities.
Assist with feasibility studies and early-stage cost modeling activities.
Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure clarity of scope, assumptions, and the basis of estimate.
Assist with the preparation of procurement and tender documentation.
Support procurement activities including prequalification, bid list development, bid analysis, tender reporting, and contract documentation.
Collaborate with internal cost management teams to support alignment between estimating, procurement, and program-level cost planning.
Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
