Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is looking for an Asset Protection Agent in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for executing Asset Protection initiatives and shortage reduction programs across your assigned 2-6 store locations in the Las Vegas area. You'll provide crucial in-person and remote support to store management, conduct investigations, and help protect our teams and inventory.

What You'll Do

Execute Asset Protection initiatives and implement shortage reduction programs in assigned high-shrink locations.
Provide in-person and remote support to store management to meet strategic asset protection objectives.
Complete AP, Physical Security, and operational audits focusing on sales floor, stockroom, safety, HR compliance, and customer service.
Manage the Focus Store program to ensure compliance and follow up on sub-standard performers, including routine monthly travel.
Participate in training store associates on approved Asset Protection procedures.
Conduct surveillance using CCTV and floor techniques to apprehend and deter theft, following company policies.
Execute weekly external operations within your assigned market and support broader external initiatives.
Participate in coordinated blitz efforts with ORC teams, peer retailers, and other AP Team Members.
Initiate and support investigations into Organized Retail Crime, partnering with your supervisor, the Zone ORC Investigator, and law enforcement.
Prepare detailed case reports covering investigations.
Maintain effective relationships with store leaders, peer retailers, mall security, and law enforcement.
Represent the company in court proceedings for external cases.
Investigate internal loss, determine sources, and communicate findings to your supervisor.
Optimize inventory accuracy through management of physical inventories, store transfer monitoring, and OMNI compliance.

What We're Looking For

1-2+ years of experience in Asset Protection or relevant retail experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehension guidelines.
Ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends to meet retail business needs.
Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
Must have a reliable means of transportation.
Must fulfill physical requirements including standing and walking.

Nice to Have

A 4-year degree is preferred.
