Amex GBT is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant specializing in the entertainment industry to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to a multinational entertainment conglomerate corporate client, advising on and arranging business travel while ensuring policy compliance and proactively anticipating traveler needs.

What You'll Do

Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, both individuals and groups.
Conduct analysis and research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
Arrange and book domestic and international business travel of varying complexity for air, road, rail, and accommodations.
Ensure compliance with customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests.
Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels.

What We're Looking For

Native Sabre GDS expertise.
Three to five years of corporate entertainment and production travel experience.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
Act with integrity and safeguard personal traveler information.
Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers.
Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
Flexibility and preparedness to work afternoon shifts from 12pm to 12am.

Nice to Have

A strong understanding of the travel industry, with a background in business travel and entertainment travel, including production.
