Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and coordinate travel arrangements for corporate clients, serving both individual travelers and groups
- Maintain high precision and meticulous attention to detail in all travel bookings and communications
- Research and evaluate travel options while proactively identifying client needs to offer value-added services
- Manage domestic and international itineraries of varying complexity across air, ground, rail, and lodging sectors
- Operate Sabre and other Global Distribution Systems for booking and management tasks
- Enforce adherence to client-specific travel policies, vendor rules, and legal regulations
- Apply effective telephone communication skills and respond to unique customer requests professionally
- Work collaboratively within the team to mentor peers, share insights, and enhance overall service delivery

Remote team providing service to a corporate client; part of the 24/7 Traveler Care unit.

- The Traveler Care unit operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Certain roles are designated for night shift coverage.
- Flexibility required to work afternoon and overnight shifts, including schedules from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.
