Responsibilities
- Provide expert travel planning and booking services for corporate clients, including individuals and groups.
- Analyze travel options and proactively identify client needs to recommend value-added services.
- Manage bookings for air, rail, road, and lodging across domestic and international destinations with varying complexity.
- Utilize multiple Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus, with training available.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with client-specific policies, supplier rules, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver high-quality phone support and respond to unique customer requests with professionalism.
- Support team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing actionable feedback to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

- This is a fully remote, full-time position.
- Work schedule follows a five-day week.
- Each workday consists of 7.5 hours, not including lunch break.
- Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Work may include weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
