Remote Recruitment is looking for a Corporate Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to various corporate departments. You will assist in streamlining processes, enhancing team efficiency, and ensuring corporate functions run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support across multiple corporate functions, including HR, finance, and operations.
- Assist with the coordination of corporate events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Manage and maintain corporate documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support related to corporate policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Corporate Support Specialist or in a related administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate functions and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A high school diploma is required.
