Join a forward-thinking organization seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for key roles in operations, leadership, and technical functions. In this role, you will collaborate directly with senior management to identify hiring priorities, shape recruitment strategies, and fulfill critical staffing needs across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for 8–15 active roles at any given time, balancing complexity with speed and quality of hire
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess workforce goals, and align on selection criteria
- Design and implement proactive sourcing plans using LinkedIn, talent databases, industry networks, and employee referrals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals for high-impact positions across multiple functions
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluations to assess technical qualifications, leadership potential, and cultural fit
- Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on candidate progress, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics
- Ensure a positive, consistent experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Coordinate offer development with HR and leadership to secure candidate acceptance
- Support seamless onboarding transitions for new hires
- Represent the organization professionally across job platforms, industry events, and networking forums
- Track and analyze recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire
- Stay current on labor market dynamics, talent availability, and competitor activity
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Qualifications
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a comprehensive background screening. A minimum of five years of experience in corporate recruitment focused on leadership, operations, and technical roles is required.
Compensation & Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Arizona or Nevada. The annual salary range is $60,000–$65,000, with eligibility for bonus compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid time off, paid holidays, disability, and life insurance. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
