Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Corporate Receptionist to join the Amazon account team within our Integrated Facility Management business line. In this onsite role, you will be the cornerstone of the front-of-house experience, responsible for creating positive and memorable interactions for all internal and external visitors through high-level engagement, security awareness, and meticulous event support.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the visitor experience by delivering core front-of-house services, including sign-in, badging, luggage management, and lost and found.
- Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public while managing telephone, email, and other queries.
- Maintain awareness of onsite events to personalize visitor experiences and proactively uphold presentation standards across reception and meeting areas.
- Perform the physical setup of meeting and event spaces following team guidelines and EHS considerations, monitoring rooms for furniture, equipment, and consumables.
- Create and maintain up-to-date booking systems in Outlook, conference room finder tools, and SharePoint for all meeting and event spaces.
- Coordinate daily with security and janitorial teams on meetings and events, providing timely, accurate responses to all enquiries.
- Support space audits, walk-the-store processes, and other facilities services including trouble tickets, mail services, and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a reception, concierge, or related client-facing role with excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse staff.
- Previous experience working within a high-profile corporate environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language with strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
- Very high attention to detail with outstanding customer service skills and confidence communicating at all organizational levels.
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times and serve as a team ambassador.
- Commitment to being an excellent team player who goes above and beyond for colleagues.
- High awareness of local area services, including shops, restaurants, hotels, and transport options.
Nice to Have
- Previous catering or hospitality experience.
- Exposure to Facilities Management.
- Experience with meeting room booking systems and event coordination.
- Knowledge of corporate security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Experience supporting administrative tasks and customer service in corporate environments.
