Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is looking for a Corporate Management Trainee for a 12-month structured development program. You will combine customized learning with intensive specialization training to build a foundation of operational excellence and a service-driven mindset.
What You'll Do
- Participate in rotational assignments across key hotel departments
- Take on leadership responsibilities in team-based projects
- Perform hands-on management tasks
- Contribute to Hyatt World of Care Programs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving skills

- High adaptability and resilience
- Curiosity about global hospitality trends
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
Nice to Have
- A good working knowledge of English and proficiency in the local language
- Relevant internship and work experience in hotel or hospitality operations
