About the Role

Atlas Copco seeks a Corporate HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for the Finance Hub within the Atlas Copco Group in Brazil. This role is integral to the HR structure of our Latin America Holding, responsible for the complete hire-to-retire cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the internal recruitment process following IJM guidelines and manage external recruitment through partners.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding to ensure a consistent experience and strong cultural alignment.
  • Conduct the annual Performance & Development cycle and support managers in talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Contribute to salary reviews according to corporate practices.
  • Manage the Hub's annual training schedule and support the creation of individual and collective development plans.
  • Work on consolidating the Finance Hub culture in line with Atlas Copco Group values.
  • Develop actions that drive engagement, high performance, and talent retention.
  • Perform payroll inputs and verification, and monitor union relations when applicable.
  • Define and update job descriptions and salaries using the current Mercer methodology.
  • Participate in HR automation and digital solution projects following global guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Complete degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of the Office Suite and Power BI.
  • Experience with HR Link (SAP Success Factors) and Learning Link (Cornerstone) systems.
