Responsibilities
- Lead and develop accounting and accounts receivable teams, creating scalable organizational structures and succession planning.
- Manage consolidated financial reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases in compliance with GAAP, including internal controls and audit coordination.
- Ensure adherence to tax, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements, including Medicaid cost reporting, state-level filings, and consumer financial compliance.
- Optimize accounts receivable operations with emphasis on Medicaid and managed-care collections, cash flow projections, and process enhancements.
- Play a central finance role in the implementation of the Workday ERP system, guiding design, testing, data accuracy, process consistency, and enterprise-wide adoption.
- Oversee accounting integration for newly acquired entities, including initial balance sheets, policy harmonization, system onboarding, and scalable control frameworks.
