Luminara Records is hiring a Copywriter - Sales & Positioning to elevate the clarity and persuasive impact of our strategic documents. You will develop a unified voice and a foundational content library to support growth for our healthcare surgery center management company.
What You'll Do
- Audit existing RFP materials and supporting documents to assess current messaging.
- Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders, especially the founder, to extract core positioning and differentiators.
- Develop a 'message house' framework for two key target personas: academic medical centers and nonprofit health systems.
- Deeply understand our value propositions and weave them into all RFP responses and sales collateral.
- Create two core, adaptable RFP narrative versions covering approximately 80% of standard proposal content.
- Edit and elevate the tone and clarity of existing content to reflect a unified brand voice.
- Collaborate with the internal team on future proposals, slide decks, and external messaging.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, storytelling, or proposal writing.
- Strong, demonstrable abilities in storytelling, conversion writing, and copy editing.
- Experience working directly with founders or senior executives to extract and refine strategic narratives.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and synthesizing input from multiple sources into a cohesive message.
- A willingness to ask intentional questions and collaborate to create the strongest possible outcome.
- Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and responsiveness to feedback.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating messaging frameworks or 'message houses.'
- Familiarity with joint ventures, M&A, and corporate development language.
- Expertise in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industries.
- Understanding of healthcare operations or hospital systems.
