Campeon Gaming is looking for a Copywriter to join our growing, diverse team. You will create compelling content that drives player engagement across multiple channels, blending promotional mechanics, player psychology, and performance marketing principles.
What You'll Do
- Write high-converting email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Work with dynamic variables like first name, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements.
- Create on-site promotional content including banners, pop-ups, and landing pages.
- Develop engaging copy for welcome, reload, cashback, VIP, and seasonal campaigns.
- Adapt tone depending on the player lifecycle stage: acquisition, retention, VIP, or reactivation.
- Ensure all content aligns with responsible gambling standards.
- Adapt messaging for both regulated and offshore markets.
- Maintain strict accuracy in bonus terms, wagering requirements, and promotional mechanics.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives.
- Continuously refine copy to improve Open Rate, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Utilize AI tools to scale and enhance content production.
- Identify opportunities to improve content workflows and automation processes.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of professional copywriting experience.
- Proven experience writing promotional and CRM content.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CMS systems.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
