Celebrity Cruises, part of Royal Caribbean Group, is building its internal creative team with talented copywriters at every level. In this role, you will partner with strategy, product, and go-to-market teams to produce industry-leading campaigns that help turn vacations of a lifetime into a lifetime of vacations for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Partner with key stakeholders to devise business strategies through creative work.
- Concept and write for diverse media, including ads, direct mail, print collateral, web banners, and email.
- Collaborate with department creatives to create and present conceptual options that meet strategic needs.
- Drive brand consistency by implementing copy guidelines across all channels.
- Ensure timely project completion while working closely with the design team.
- Review final work for quality assurance before submitting to the Copy Manager.
- Ensure all copy follows legal guidance on trademarks, country of origin, and offer communications.
- Conduct timely reviews of creative work for presentation and approval.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a BA in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with knowledge of English grammar and punctuation.
- Meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to producing quality work on deadline.
- Familiarity with print and online media, and proficiency in presenting work.
- Software experience in Mac applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of web writing and SEO best practices.
- Working knowledge of visual design programs such as inDesign.
