Wealthsimple is seeking a Coordinator, Workplace Ops for a 6-month contract to support the day-to-day functionality of our New York City office. In this onsite role, you will be a key point of contact for employees and ensure our workplace operates smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily office operations and coordinate with building management and vendors
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee workplace requests and inquiries
- Oversee inventory and stock of office supplies and pantry items
- Assist with planning and execution of onsite company events and meetings
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires joining the NYC office
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in office coordination, workplace operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
