About the Role

Paramount is hiring a Coordinator for the Paramount Media Labs Activation team. This role is for a dynamic and creative thinker who conceptualizes and executes custom marketing solutions for Paramount’s advertising partners, infusing them into on-air, digital, and social platforms. You will report to Managers of Paramount Media Labs and work closely with Ad Sales to produce best-in-class integrated campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Assist team members in NYC and LA on the execution of marketing programs post-sale, leading some client communication, internal/external creative vetting, and managing campaign talent.
  • Track assets and production timelines, coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met, and represent client needs on set.
  • Create and maintain all activation team materials including trackers, program decks, one sheets, meeting agendas, production schedules, client timelines, and scripts.
  • Function as the main point of contact for collecting and organizing program assets, monitoring social media rollouts, and assisting the team through campaigns.
  • Collaborate with PML pitch/pre-sale counterparts to brainstorm concepts for a variety of brands in response to client RFPs and formally vet ideas.
  • Provide light administrative support for the department VP and manage, prepare, and submit team T&E expense reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of Marketing experience within media/entertainment, digital/social publishers, promotions/advertising/creative agencies, or branded entertainment/production companies (strong internship experience considered).
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate information to internal departments and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Must be extremely detail oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of how to apply marketing strategy to creative ideas and campaign activation across all platforms (linear, digital, mobile, social, and event marketing).
  • Understanding of community management and fan engagement on social platforms and experience writing social copy with a platform-intentional approach.
  • Awareness of linear and digital platforms and direction of our industry and Paramount business goals.
  • Knowledge of digital distribution, earned media, paid social products, and social media.
  • Strong digital and social media knowledge with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Concur, Airtable, Adobe Suite.
  • Avid user of social media and interest in sports and pop culture.
  • Bonus: fan of Paramount content, talent, and franchises.
