Responsibilities
- Create and manage residential lease agreements and addendums using DocuSign.
- Support tenant move-in and move-out processes, including coordination with utility providers and handling security deposits in SAP.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets tracking current tenants, active contractors, and rental status updated semi-weekly.
- Process monthly billing for residential, cellular, and other land leases using SAP.
- Monitor monthly rental payments through the Customer Portal and communicate with tenants about overdue balances.
- Record and track operating and capital expenses related to residential rentals in Excel.
- Assist in developing the department’s yearly operating budget.
- Handle check requests and real estate invoices, including generating notifications and purchase requisitions in SAP.
- Prepare annual reports of income and expenses for submission to municipal assessors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.

- This is a part-time, 28-hour-per-week position that does not qualify for benefits.
- Scheduled hours are from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or as coordinated with the applicant.
- The role requires full-time on-site work at 600 Lindley Street, Bridgeport, CT.
