About the Role

Aquarion Water Company is hiring a part-time Coordinator for its Real Estate Department. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and business support, reporting directly to the Manager of Real Estate and assisting with a variety of property management and operational tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare residential leases and addendums using DocuSign.
  • Assist with residential tenant move-ins and move-outs, including contacting utility companies and processing security deposits in SAP.
  • Maintain spreadsheets in Excel for tenant listings, contractors, and semi-weekly rental status updates.
  • Handle monthly billing through SAP for residential, cellular, and miscellaneous land leases.
  • Track monthly payments in the company's Customer Portal and correspond with tenants regarding delinquent payments.
  • Track all operating and capital expenses for residential rentals.
  • Assist with preparing the department's annual operating budget.
  • Process check requests and all real estate invoices, including creating notifications and purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Prepare annual income and expense reports for town assessors.
  • Perform other work as required or directed.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Minimum of 5 years in an administrative position.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organization skills.
  • SAP experience highly preferred.
  • Legal or property management experience highly preferred.
  • High competency in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and able to make decisions independently.
  • Ability to analyze problems and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Hourly range of $26.00 to $28.00.
