Arca Continental is looking for a Coordinating Engineer Automation for Build (Corporate) to lead the automation of the application lifecycle through DevOps practices. In this role, you will ensure the efficiency of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes to optimize software quality, security, and delivery speed within the corporate environment.
What You'll Do
- Define and standardize technical processes and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks in digital product delivery.
- Coordinate with peer teams to adopt best technological practices and resolve complex incidents.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and similar automated processes to streamline development and application deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in DevOps or Process Automation roles and deep knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Intermediate/advanced command of orchestration and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid experience in scripting generation (bash, Python or similar).
- English proficiency: Speaking (Intermediate), Reading (Intermediate), Writing (Intermediate).
Nice to Have
- Analytical thinking oriented towards continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage technology projects.
- Knowledge of IaC Technologies, Terraform or similar.
