Sterling Park Senior Living is hiring a Cook to ensure resident meals are prepared according to individual care plans, focusing on quality, appearance, cleanliness, and sanitation. You will utilize your culinary and customer service skills to prepare nutritious meals while forming meaningful relationships with residents. What You'll Do
- Prepare resident meals per residents’ care plans.
- Focus on quality, appearance, cleanliness, and sanitation of meals.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience serving within the restaurant industry and/or in a customer service role.
- Ability to read and understand directions.
- Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Cook within a healthcare setting is highly desired.
