The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead day-to-day operations for a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing and telehealth wellness company focused on peptides and compound pharmacy. This executive will report directly to the CEO/Chairman and Board of Directors, ensuring operational excellence across pharmacies, manufacturing, 3PLs, and telehealth platforms as the organization scales toward a billion-dollar enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Drive day-to-day operations across multiple business entities including pharmacies, manufacturing sites, telehealth platforms, and R&D initiatives
- Oversee the integration and management of 30+ brands across diverse wellness verticals (hormone replacement therapy, peptide research, concierge medicine, etc.)
- Report directly to the CEO/Chairman and Board of Directors, serving as the primary liaison between executive operations and board governance
- Execute aggressive expansion plans including launching multiple telehealth sites, opening new pharmacies, and overseeing a manufacturing facility build-out
- Ensure compliance across 503B pharmacy operations, FDA regulations, and evolving peptide industry legislation
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, attorneys, and industry partners
- Address complex, multi-faceted challenges across manufacturing, pharmacy operations, technology platforms, customer service, and sales operations
- Maintain and enhance the positive, solution-oriented team culture while managing a diverse workforce
- Drive revenue growth within the first 12-24 months through strategic initiatives and operational improvements
