About the Role

Greenburg Traurig is looking for a Contracts Manager to support our legal teams and manage a diverse portfolio of agreements. This is a key operational role within a leading global law firm.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of client and vendor contracts, from drafting to execution and renewal
  • Review, analyze, and negotiate contractual terms to align with firm policies
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Maintain organized and accessible contract repositories and records
  • Collaborate with attorneys, finance, and business operations teams

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of contract law, key clauses, and risk assessment
  • Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence in either our Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA offices.
