Family Health International (FHI 360) is seeking a Contracts Department Subaward Analyst to support our mission. In this role, you will collect, manage, and analyze subaward data from internal and external systems to develop analyses and make recommendations that support business needs.
What You'll Do
- Support activities for the development of quality subaward data to support organizational performance.
- Analyze subaward data to identify trends, develop strategic options, and create compelling reports.
- Deliver tactical and strategic data analysis and presentations to department leadership and teams.
- Cultivate and analyze qualitative and quantitative subaward data to support business needs.
- Contribute to improving the department's internal systems and processes for data integrity.
- Validate data from multiple sources to inform strategic decisions and ensure audit compliance.
- Assist with project management and coordination of subaward-related work plans and deliverables.
- Maintain report forms, information dashboards, data generators, and other resources.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience with data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative data research and analysis.
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of data analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact with senior executives.
- Excellent and demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential and proprietary information.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience using business analysis software or with FFATA reporting.

Team & Environment
This role has no supervisory responsibility but contributes to business and operational decisions affecting the department. You will receive instruction on new assignments and typically report to an Associate Director or Director.

- Compensation: USD 60,000 - 75,000 annually (US Based Hiring Salary Range).
