Responsibilities
- Fully manage and operate the Amazon Seller Central account
- Own the day-to-day health, performance, and profitability of the store
- Act as the single point of accountability for Amazon operations
- Add, launch, and manage new SKUs and product listings
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords
- Price products strategically based on Amazon fees, margins, and competitive analysis
- Scale the catalog by adding products from our other brands
- Analyze product-level profitability, margins, and Amazon fee structures
- Determine whether products are viable and recommend pricing or cost adjustments
- Forecast and monitor advertising spend vs. return
- Ensure the store remains profitable as products and ad spend scale
- Plan, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns
- Set and manage advertising budgets aligned with profitability goals
- Optimize campaigns to improve visibility, rankings, and sales over time
- Adjust bids, keywords, and structures based on performance data
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs
- Handle Amazon-related operational tasks, including returns and customer service issues
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and best practices
- Identify and resolve account, listing, or performance issues quickly
- Improve rankings and organic visibility over time
- Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value
- Implement continuous optimization across listings, ads, and pricing
- For higher-level candidates: drive measurable revenue growth and scaling initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Proven experience managing Amazon stores end-to-end (not just listings or design)
- Strong understanding of Amazon fees and profitability modeling
- Strong understanding of product pricing strategies
- Strong understanding of PPC campaign setup and optimization
- Strong understanding of listing optimization and ranking factors
- Comfortable working independently with little to no training or supervision
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing or scaling small to mid-sized Amazon stores
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred

- Monthly compensation range of $2,000–$4,000 USD, depending on experience and demonstrated competency

Team size: small to mid-sized. Structure: candidate will be the only Amazon specialist on the team
