Responsibilities
- Perform in-home evaluations and functional assessments
- Provide tailored, evidence-based suggestions for home adjustments
- Instruct clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe movement techniques
- Collaborate with clients and families to develop care plans
- Work with the Director of Clinical Operations to share insights and improve processes
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation through the electronic system
Benefits
- Compensation per completed evaluation, including travel, evaluation, and documentation
- Additional payment for extended travel, discussed and approved ahead of time
- Paid on a monthly basis, within 2 weeks of the previous month’s end
Compensation
Paid monthly, within two weeks of the previous month’s end, with additional payments for extended travel, discussed and approved ahead of time.
