HighLevel is hiring a Contract Manager to own the end-to-end contract lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring all agreements are properly structured, reviewed, and executed to protect the company's interests and facilitate smooth business operations.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor, partner, and customer agreements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial request through execution, renewal, and termination.
- Develop and maintain a centralized contract repository and tracking system.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in contract management, drafting, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of commercial contract law and standard business terms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex contractual concepts clearly to non-legal teams.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
