EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is looking for a Contract & Finance Specialist to ensure the smooth execution of contracts and financial processes. This role focuses on data management, contract handling, and reporting, and offers remote work flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Update, maintain, and validate data in corporate information systems for strategic or business intelligence reports.
- Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency to meet quality standards for invoicing and reporting.
- Handle contracts with clients and partners, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Prepare agreements with partners in collaboration with the Legal Department.
- Prepare internal reports for company management or other departments.
- Handle communication with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Update the financial planning of the department’s activities.
- Prepare reports to customers or company management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Business Studies, or other relevant science disciplines.
- 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of MS Word.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the use of CRM systems.
- Experience in handling contracts.
- Knowledge of French.
