Alstom is looking for a Continuous Improvement Intern to apply your expertise in a global business environment. You'll help drive operational efficiency and standardization across our Global Business Centre (GBC) and D&IS Operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist Continuous Improvement Leads in executing initiatives across GBC and D&IS Operations
- Consolidate, prepare, and analyze data for insights and business decisions
- Document and standardize processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
- Support data quality and governance activities, including data validation and preparation for audits
- Organize and coordinate continuous improvement workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Arts, or related fields
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI or similar platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
