Cognizant is hiring a versatile and strategic Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create and update help center content and canned responses for GTM, breaking down technical concepts into accessible language while strictly adhering to brand voice and SEO best practices.
What You'll Do
- Understand client briefs, products, and services to create, update, and publish required content.
- Assist in developing communication goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and gather appropriate information from relevant sources.
- Define the content creation approach per the defined content strategy.
- Play a critical role in shaping product experiences for users.
- Set the tone of voice for UX and product experience copy as required.
- Develop standards and guidelines for content style when needed.
- Adapt writing style according to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Conceptualize, create, refurbish, and manage copy for customer websites and online collateral.
- Make editorial alterations as required.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing, proofreading, and editing online help content or customer support/agent-facing help content.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Literature, or a related field.
- Must be amenable to work a night shift schedule (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, 5 days a week.
