What You'll Do
- Moderate digital content, including text, images, and videos, identifying harmful or inappropriate material.
- Collaborate with internal teams, addressing project-related requests and maintaining seamless communication.
- Audit and assess interactions, ensuring accurate severity ratings.
- Compile and report trends from audits, providing actionable data for process improvements.
- Participate in feature testing and tool improvements, refining content moderation practices.
- Identify errors and inconsistencies in procedures, maintaining adherence to best practices.
