Keywords Studios is looking for a Content Moderator fluent in Dutch to help build a safe and positive environment for players. In this role, you will be crucial in protecting gaming communities from harmful content, working remotely with a team dedicated to reshaping player interactions.
What You'll Do
- Moderate digital content, including text, images, and videos, with a keen eye for identifying harmful or inappropriate material.
- Collaborate with internal teams, addressing project-related requests and maintaining seamless communication channels.
- Audit and assess interactions, ensuring they are rated accurately based on their severity level.
- Compile and report trends and improvement opportunities from audits, translating them into actionable data for process enhancements.
- Actively participate in feature testing and tool improvements, contributing to the continuous refinement of content moderation practices.
- Identify errors and inconsistencies in relation to established procedures and protocols, maintaining adherence to best practices.
