baesh social UG is looking for a Content & Media Lead to join our founding team. In this equity-based role, you will develop our content strategy and drive social media growth. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for professionals seeking to build a brand alongside other commitments.
What You'll Do
- Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues, and daily life in Berlin.
- Create talking-head videos and voiceovers.
- Develop short, fun, aesthetic-first videos for a Gen-Z audience.
- Upload and schedule regular content, including Reels, Stories, and Posts.
- Manage community engagement via comments, replies, and direct messages.
- Track performance and develop new ideas for follower growth.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and content quality across all channels.
- Write short texts in English and German for social media, emails, and promotional materials.
- Lead future content interns.
- Build and manage relationships with external creators, influencers, and UGC creators.
What We're Looking For
- You are based in Berlin and have knowledge of the local culture, vibes, and important events.
- Proven content experience and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Comfortable being on camera for talking-head videos.
- Solid video and photo skills; professional equipment is advantageous but an iPhone is sufficient.
- A startup mindset: proactive, hands-on, and open to new things.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
