WHK Controlling GmbH is hiring a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for a senior role with full project responsibility and strategic impact. You will develop and manage strategic performance marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, while taking a holistic view of the marketing funnel from positioning to scaling.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage strategic performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Think beyond campaigns to consider the entire funnel, target audiences, landing page user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Proactively manage and advise clients, developing smart solutions with their goals in mind.
- Work independently, set meaningful priorities, and contribute new ideas.
- Take full project responsibility from A to Z, including strategic and independent management of client projects, deadlines, priorities, and proactive communication.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Ability to not only think strategically but also implement strategies cleanly.
- Structured, goal-oriented work style with initiative.
- Willingness to learn new tools and tackle new problems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in an agency context.
- Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Canva, and potentially WordPress.
