- Monitor evolving B2B media trends, platform algorithms, and content consumption behaviors to refine format, tone, and distribution strategy.
- Work closely with local and global teams, including country marketing managers, designers, product marketing, commercial teams, sales, and agencies.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, encompassing resources, timelines, and milestones for multiple complex projects.
- Write, edit, proofread, publish, and optimize long and short-form copy for case studies, videos, blog posts, reports, event assets, ad copy, social copy, and email nurturing flows.
- Adapt global content for the APAC market, ensuring the Adyen voice resonates locally without losing its global identity.
- Manage external writing resources, ensuring adherence to product standards and brand consistency.
- Analyze content performance using data to provide reporting and actionable insights.
- Proactively integrate AI tools into workflow to accelerate output.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing to drive innovation.

- Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape and how B2B audiences consume content.
- Impeccable eye for detail and a journalistic attitude; ability to turn complex technical updates into compelling stories.
- Understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm and how to create content that encourages shares, comments, and professional engagement.
- Curious and strives to understand the motivations, behaviors, and pain points of our merchant audience.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines while remaining open to iteration and feedback.
