Adyen is looking for a Content Manager for Japan, responsible for defining and driving the local content narrative. Reporting to the Team Lead Marketing, Japan, you will be the editorial voice of Adyen in the market, blending journalistic curiosity with a commercial mindset.

What You'll Do

Build and own the content marketing strategy for Japan, aligning with local business goals, marketing campaigns, and brand standards.
Lead the planning and execution of the Japan content calendar, researching audience insights, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Write, edit, and polish copy for a wide range of formats including case studies, blog posts, data reports, white papers, event assets, ad copy, email flows, and social media.
Create content with a strong commercial focus and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to produce sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with Regional Studio and Global Marketing to adapt global campaigns for the Japanese market.
Manage the end-to-end production process, developing project plans, managing timelines, stakeholders, and external resources.
Analyze content performance using data from Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce to optimize future content and improve SEO.
Travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) for team alignment or on-site content gathering.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in content marketing or copywriting.
Native level Japanese with excellent writing and editing command.
Business level English proficiency.

Nice to Have

Strong preference for B2B Tech or Fintech/Financial services backgrounds.
Journalism background is a plus.
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics and project management tools like Monday.com.
