pod network is looking for a Content & Growth Strategist to help tell our story. You’ll translate complex technology into clear, compelling content and drive audience growth across multiple channels, working directly with founders and engineers.

What You'll Do

Own and evolve our content strategy, calendar, and distribution.
Turn complex ideas like integrations and tech updates into engaging copy and visual content for X, Telegram, Discord, blogs, newsletters, and technical docs.
Collaborate with the core team to translate vision, roadmap, and updates into digestible and shareable content.
Drive audience growth through organic strategies, performance insights, and content partnerships.
Keep a pulse on Web3 trends, memes, and narratives and leverage them creatively.
Help shape pod’s broader go-to-market strategy.

What We're Looking For

You are a crisp, clear writer who can simplify complex technical concepts.
You can quickly grasp deep tech ideas and turn them into digestible content.
You know how to make things go viral and have examples to prove it.
You are terminally online (or open to it), especially on Telegram and X.
You have a self-starter mindset with a feel for community culture (e.g., Crypto Twitter).
You have a data-driven mindset and know how to measure what works.

Nice to Have

A portfolio of high-performing crypto or Web3 content (memes, threads, videos, etc.).
Stage presence and excitement about public speaking opportunities (podcasts, panels, etc.).
An understanding of blockchain scaling and cryptographic protocols.
Experience writing developer or research-oriented technical documentation.
