Yopeso Romania SRL is partnering with Netflix to hire a Senior Content Designer. In this role, you will help shape Netflix's ads consumer experiences, including innovating on new ad formats, evolving existing ad canvases, and implementing ad privacy and policy experiences. You will partner with other teams to ensure ads are clear, engaging, and additive to the overall Netflix experience.
What You'll Do
- Help set and elevate the Content Design vision and strategy for ads consumer experiences.
- Implement crystal-clear UX, define terms, codify styles and patterns, and craft UI copy for a global audience.
- Innovate on new ad formats tailored to Netflix's wide variety of content and experiences.
- Evolve existing ad canvases and implement ad privacy and policy experiences members can trust.
- Partner closely with other designers across member experience teams to ensure ads are clear, engaging, and additive.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, resolving competing perspectives into a simple, intuitive member experience.
- Show deep empathy for advertisers and members, using data and insight to uncover better ad experiences.
- Connect dots across teams and workstreams to move complex or ambiguous efforts forward.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of relevant experience in UX writing, content design/content strategy, technical writing, taxonomy, or IA.
- A portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking from problem framing through UX/content strategy, IA, and final UI copy for consumer experiences.
- Mastery of AP style and the judgment to adapt or break rules when it improves clarity or UX.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize business requirements, user research, and data into clear, outcome-driven UI content.
- Proven strength in mapping and improving user journeys and content flows across multiple surfaces.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and traverse altitudes from strategic visioning to tactical execution.
- Highly collaborative, organized and self-directed, able to effectively prioritize and respond to shifting team needs.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience working with advertisers, agencies, or on consumer advertising experiences.
- Experience at a startup or in a startup-like environment where high agency, bias to action, and quick decision-making are musts.
- Deep understanding of user experience fundamentals, especially applied to multiple device modalities like CTV, mobile, and web.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Ads Consumer Experience Design team, which designs consumer-facing ads experiences spanning the entire Netflix product, reporting to the Ads Consumer Experience Design Manager.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. Locations are in California, with the Pacific time zone preferred.
