You'll operate in a dynamic environment, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of CIBC card products to assist clients with everyday banking requirements. Your role involves strengthening client relationships by swiftly addressing challenges, recognizing opportunities, and delivering customized solutions. At CIBC, we optimize work conditions for your optimal performance. You can efficiently execute all professional tasks remotely, with occasional on-site requirements. We've launched an Agent@Home remote work initiative. All employees must satisfy program standards and be prepared to reach the primary workplace within two hours' notice for business-related matters. Agent@Home Program Requirements - Capacity to function autonomously in a secure, noise-isolated workspace - Wired Internet connection supporting consistent call quality and rapid response rates - Satellite internet providers are prohibited due to service stability concerns The role commences January 26, 2026. Our Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to midnight and Saturday to Sunday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Flexibility across these hours, including evening and weekend shifts, is mandatory.
