Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential participants to present program offerings.
- Establish trust with members by identifying their needs and clearly conveying benefits.
- Deliver high-quality service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain precise records of all member communications in the outreach database.
- Achieve or surpass daily and monthly calling and performance goals.
- Work with team leads and peers to improve outreach methods and strategies.
- Attend training programs to enhance product knowledge and call center skills.
