OCBC Bank is looking for a Consumer Lending Product Management - VP to develop, enhance, and redesign secured lending and financing products. You will play a key role in our transformation journey, helping to build Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future by enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations.

What You'll Do

Deliver financial commitments including portfolio balances, revenue, and risk-return measures.
Manage end-to-end product management encompassing development, process design, customer engagement, acquisition, and collateral administration.
Own and maintain credit policies and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Work with the Pricing team to develop and administer pricing frameworks and empowerment.
Train sales teams on new products or product enhancements.
Partner with marketing to conceptualize and roll-out promotional campaigns, including tracking and performance review.
Oversee day-to-day management operations, including pricing approvals and process deviations.
Act as the main liaison to the distribution channel to address operational and customer feedback.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years working experience in Mortgage or secured lending product management within a Banking Institution.
Strong knowledge in credit risk, product pricing, and managing portfolio yields.
Able to work cross-functionally and with people of all levels, as well as with agencies and suppliers.
Strong inter-personal, analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Seasoned judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Pleasant personality with good work attitude and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Computer literate.
Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Nice to Have

Degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, and/or Banking.
