EY is looking for a Consultor/a Junior - Consulting to join our consulting team. In this role, you will support clients in their digital transformation journey by applying your skills within either Business Consulting or Technology Consulting. You will collaborate within high-performance teams in a global, diverse, and innovative environment.
What You'll Do
- Work on client projects in either Business Consulting (business strategy, process optimization, change management) or Technology Consulting (Big Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, SAP, RPA/NLP, Cloud).
- Support clients in their digital transformation journey.
- Collaborate within high-performance teams in a global, diverse, and inclusive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Recently graduated student in engineering, mathematics, economics, business administration (ADE), or a similar field.
- Full-time availability.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, high analytical capacity, and solution identification skills.
- Geographic mobility possible.
- Willingness to be based from our Madrid or Barcelona office.
