Colas Rail UK is hiring a Construction Works Supervisor to lead the successful completion of construction projects. In this role, you will organize sites from start to delivery, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and environmental standards while managing human and material resources.
What You'll Do
- Organize the construction site from start to final delivery.
- Monitor contractual and financial management of assigned projects.
- Drive performance across technical, commercial, and quality aspects.
- Manage and lead teams on site.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education in construction (BTP).
- At least 3 years of experience in a construction company in an engineer or site manager role.
Nice to Have
- Experience on construction sites involving roadworks, urban development, earthworks, and sanitation.
- Significant experience (over 10 years) in Operations or Engineering/Studies within a construction company.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of site managers overseeing about ten crews, including 2 asphalt crews and 1 Cold-Pour Asphalt crew, as part of an agency with nearly 90 employees.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Le Poinçonnet, Châteauroux (36), France.
