Remote VA is looking for a Construction Estimator as a Construction Pricing & Proposal Leveling Specialist. You will support a client team by reviewing subcontractor and vendor proposals, analyzing pricing, and ensuring bids are accurately leveled for comparison.

What You'll Do

Review and analyze contractor and subcontractor proposals.
Perform proposal leveling to compare bids accurately across vendors.
Identify missing scope items, exclusions, or pricing discrepancies.
Organize and maintain pricing data using spreadsheets.
Create and maintain bid comparison sheets in Excel.
Communicate with internal teams regarding pricing details and proposal clarifications.
Maintain organized records of proposals, estimates, and correspondence.
Support the estimating team with administrative and pricing-related tasks.

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of construction processes, bid pricing, and proposal leveling.
Strong skills in Excel and Outlook.
Highly organized and analytical.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and construction documentation.
