What You'll Do
- Answer and manage client emails professionally and promptly.
- Create and send invoices accurately using QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized records of communications and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
