About the Role

Construction & Property Group – UK is hiring a Construction Administrator to manage client communications and oversee invoicing processes. You'll be a central point of contact, ensuring smooth administrative workflow and accurate financial documentation.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage client emails professionally and promptly.
  • Create and send invoices accurately using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
