Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing client emails professionally and promptly.
  • Creating and sending invoices accurately using QuickBooks.
  • Maintaining organized records of communications and transactions.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Additional Information

  • Working Schedule -Work full-time from 9 AM - 6 PM UK Time (5pm to 2am PH Time)
