About the Role

Michelin is looking for a Connected Solutions Senior Administrator with Italian to join our Corporate Business Services team in Bucharest. In this senior role, you will focus on managing contracts, pricing, and invoicing for our Connected Solutions, while providing crucial remote customer support primarily for our Italian-speaking clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Correctly and timely set manual prices and commercial conditions based on contracts and KAM guidelines.
  • Verify contracts, ensuring price accuracy and correct commercial conditions.
  • Perform internal control processes related to prices and commercial conditions.
  • Keep the contract archives up to date.
  • Propose solutions to improve existing processes.
  • Collect necessary information in our IT systems for invoicing.
  • Guarantee the billing process for customers, ensuring compliance with their tax and accounting provisions.
  • Collect and analyze data needed to prepare invoices for all revenue streams.
  • Calculate and validate invoices according to the expected deadlines in the billing calendar.
  • Manage vehicle inflows, exits, and transfers to ensure correct updating of the customer's fleet.
  • Provide operational support to customers or service providers via email, chat, or phone.
  • Resolve requests and provide direction according to contractual guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in English and Italian (at least B2 level).
  • Good Excel skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or invoicing/billing activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with numbers.
  • Team-worker attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Analytical thinking competencies.
  • Solution-focused mindset.
