Confirmations Agent – Remote Opportunity
Help ensure smooth guest experiences by confirming upcoming vacation arrivals for travelers who’ve purchased marketing preview packages. In this remote role, you’ll make outbound calls to verify travel dates, support high show rates, and reduce cancellations through clear, proactive communication. Your work directly contributes to successful tour delivery and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to guests to confirm arrival details and support reservation accuracy
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolving concerns with thoughtful solutions
- Maintain consistent performance while delivering accurate, professional service
- Support management with data reporting, accommodation updates, and issue escalation when needed
- Participate in training and calibration sessions to maintain service standards
- Handle inbound calls during peak volumes to support reservations teams
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, or reservations
- Proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Experience with CRS and Liberation systems
- Ability to de-escalate concerns and guide decisions with confidence
- Strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Residency within 50 miles of Orlando, FL
Work Environment
This is a remote position with a flexible schedule. You’ll work from home with required availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends as business needs dictate. Reliable internet and a quiet workspace are essential.

Compensation
Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. This is a non-exempt, full-time position.
