What You'll Do
Reach out to guests who have scheduled travel dates for marketing preview packages, confirming arrival details to improve attendance and support tour operations. Maintain consistent productivity while delivering attentive, high-quality service.
Follow up promptly with guests to resolve concerns, offer solutions, and encourage travel commitments, helping to lower cancellation rates and enhance overall satisfaction. Provide accurate updates and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
Support management with tasks related to revenue tracking, accommodation adjustments, and special projects. Participate in training sessions and calibration activities to maintain service standards. Assist the reservations team with inbound calls during high-volume periods as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months in sales, customer service, reservations, or a related role
- Experience with CRS and Liberation systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening
- Skill in de-escalating tense situations and guiding customer decisions effectively
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with sound judgment
- Deep understanding of product offerings and marketing systems
- Must be located within 50 miles of Orlando, FL
