Responsibilities

• Lead small-molecule drug discovery initiatives by applying internal and external machine learning and computer-aided drug design (CADD) technologies.
• Advance drug discovery efforts by rapidly building scalable computational tools tailored to project-specific requirements.
• Independently guide and collaborate with medicinal chemists to evaluate and prioritize small-molecule candidates, articulating rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Partner with specialists in medicinal chemistry, machine learning, computational biology, and structural biology to enhance integrated in-silico discovery systems.
• Plan and carry out large-scale virtual screening using both ligand-based and structure-based methodologies.
