Responsibilities
- Identify and contact skilled trade professionals for partnership opportunities
- Conduct outreach to build trust and long-term engagement with technicians
- Educate candidates on career advancement and placement benefits
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and engagement levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to align technician availability with client needs
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions
- Respond promptly to technician inquiries and scheduling requests
- Attend industry events and trade schools to source talent
- Develop strategies to improve technician conversion rates
- Use CRM tools to manage communication and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends affecting technician employment preferences
- Support onboarding for placed candidates
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
- Provide feedback to improve recruitment processes
- Work toward monthly and quarterly placement targets
- Build a pipeline of qualified technician candidates
- Conduct initial screening calls with prospective partners
- Negotiate engagement terms with skilled individuals
- Maintain professionalism in all external communications
- Adapt messaging based on technician feedback
