Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance frameworks tailored to Japan's regulatory environment
- Monitor updates in financial regulations and adapt compliance strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular risk assessments for Japan-specific operations
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to implement compliance controls
- Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for local teams
- Maintain documentation for compliance activities and audits
- Serve as primary contact for local regulatory inquiries

- Support investigations related to compliance breaches
- Evaluate third-party compliance risks in Japan
