Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support leadership during key business initiatives and transitions
- Track and follow up on action items and deliverables
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings and events
- Draft correspondence and communications for review
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up
- Facilitate onboarding and transition processes for new leaders
- Assist with board meeting preparations and materials
- Manage expense reporting and financial tracking
- Serve as a point of contact for leadership inquiries
- Ensure consistency in messaging and documentation
- Support crisis response coordination when needed
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Contribute to process improvements in administrative workflows
- Promote a culture of efficiency and professionalism
- Escalate urgent matters appropriately
- Support special projects as assigned
