Ryanair is hiring a Compliance Monitoring Auditor to join its subsidiary airline BUZZ/Ryanair SUN. In this critical role based in Warsaw, you will be responsible for auditing CAMO and Engineering Department activities across the entire Ryanair network to ensure strict compliance with EASA Regulations and Company Procedures.
What You'll Do
- Perform Independent Inspections and Audits as part of the continuous Compliance Monitoring Programme.
- Produce audit reports and ensure non-compliances are addressed through designated reporting channels.
- Liaise effectively with the Nominated Persons and Responsible Managers.
- Carry out regular EU Regulation and document reviews to ensure requirements are captured within the scope of the Compliance Monitoring System activities.
- Analyze the results of Causal Analysis reports to ensure their effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an aircraft maintenance engineer, with licenses/authorizations preferably on B737 or A320 aircraft, and/or a relevant engineering degree.
- Knowledge of EASA regulations relating to Part CAMO, Part M, Part 145, Part Ops and Part 147.
- Fluent English is required.
- Flexibility to travel the Ryanair network.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a Quality/Compliance department or a maintenance/operational support role relating to Aircraft Maintenance or Airline Operations.
- Work with internal or external management systems.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of another language.
